Kusumoto Patents & Trademarks is a patent law office in Japan dealing with Japanese patents, designs and trademarks, established in 1987 by Mr. Takayoshi Kusumoto, the former vice president of Japan Patent Attorneys Association.

After the merger with Konan Patent law office led by Mr. Fujikawa in 2017, our two offices stand close by Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, the largest lake in Japan located almost at the center of the country.
