Mr. Hiramatsu took a master’s course at the Division of Food Science and Biotechnology, Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University, receiving his master’s degree in 2005.
Following graduation, he worked for a laboratory of a major food manufacturer, engaging in technology development of food ingredients and packaging materials.

He was registered as a patent attorney (Registration No. 20368) in 2015.
